This 6 week course will be designed to increase overall speed and quickness through the elements of agility, plyometrics, mobility, flexibility, speed, and power. Designed for everyone that is interested in bettering themselves and their team, no matter the sport. Speed never slumps. Slow Feet Don't Eat! Athletes need to complete 3 Speed/plyo/flex and 3 Power/agile/mobile classes to graduate.
